![]() ![]() ![]() The dam on this reservoir is classified as a "high hazard dam". Its current purposes are water supply, flood control, and recreation. In 1962, the principal spillway was modified, and the embankment was raised 4.5 ft to provide floodwater retarding storage. Perry Lake is located on Cow Creek in Noble County approximately four miles southwest of Perry, Oklahoma. This project was funded by the OWRB’s Dam Safety Program. The Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) conducted a hydrographic survey of Perry Lake to collect hydrographic data of the lake and convert this information into an elevation-area-capacity table.
